Can I register onsite at the show?

Yes, but keep in mind that onsite rates are higher than preregistration rates.

Where can I find the exhibitor list and a floor map?

The exhibitor list is here. You can click on a company’s name to see its profile. The floor plan is here. Click on the booth to see the vendor’s profile.

What if my visa application is denied and I cannot attend? Will I get a refund?

You can register and choose to pay by wire transfer or check. Then apply for your visa. If you don’t get it, let us know and we will cancel your registration. If you do get the visa, you can pay at that time.

I am unable to use a credit card to pay. What other options do I have?

You can send a wire transfer or check. Details are on the registration page

What is the difference between a workshop and conference track session?

Workshops are on the first day of the event, before the Conference officially opens with the opening keynote. Conference sessions are on days two and three.

Will my registration information be sold to third parties?

RFID Journal does not sell or otherwise provide the attendee list to any outside party, including exhibiting companies.

I am not sure if RFID is right for my needs and don’t want to waste a trip if it isn’t. What should I do?

Please send email to editor@rfidjournal.com explaining what you are looking to do with RFID and ask if you are likely to find exhibitors who can meet your needs. If necessary, our editors will arrange a call to get more details. All correspondence and discussions will be kept strictly confidential.

What payment types are accepted onsite?

Onsite registration must be paid via credit card. Checks, wire transfers and cash will not be accepted.

Exhibitor

My company is exhibiting. How do I contact attendees I wish to meet?

You can look up the names of companies attending on the Attending Companies page of this site. Then go to your Exhibitor Portal and use the tools available to search for attendees by company and send emails to attendees from those companies. If you need assistance with this, please contact your sales representative. Please note the attending company list will be updated for the 2020 show.

How do I get a lead-retrieval device?

The Lead Retrieval Order Form is included in the Exhibitor Service Manual, which is posted on the Exhibitor Resources page of this site. It will be available for the 2020 show in the Fall.

How can I get additional exposure at the event?

There are a variety of options for increasing your exposure before and during the event. Please visit the Advertise/Sponsor page of this site to learn more.

How can I purchase a Product Showcase?

You can purchase a digital or physical product showcase, or both, through your Exhibitor Console.

How/where do I get an Exhibitor Service Manual?

The Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) can be downloaded from the Exhibitor Resources page of this site. it is not yet available for the 2020 shot, but will be posted as soon as it is.

How do I purchase more booth staff badges?

Please, log into the Exhibitor Portal.  On the lower right, there is a box that says “Invoices and Logistics.” Click on Exhibitor Badge Registration in that box to purchase addition passes. This information is not yet available for the 2020 show, but it will be posted when it is.

How many staff badges do I get?

Please refer to the Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM), which has a chart that shows how many passes come with each size of exhibit space and each sponsorship level. To download the ESM, please visit the Exhibitor Resources page of this site. This information is not yet available for the 2020 show, but will be posted in the Fall.

My company is exhibiting. How do I register my staff for badges?

Our registration company, Experient, will send an email to your company representative that will explain how to register staff. If you cannot find the link, please log into your Exhibitor Portal. On the lower right, there is a box that says “Invoices and Logistics.” Click on Exhibitor Badge Registration in that box to purchase addition passes.

Where should we ship our products and materials prior to the event and when do they need to arrive by?

This information is not yet available for the Orange County Convention Center. Please check back in the Fall for more information.

Do you release attendee information? Is your list available for purchase?

RFID Journal does not sell or otherwise provide the attendee list to any outside party, including exhibiting companies.

I’m interested in exhibiting. Who can I speak to about this?

Click on Exhibit/Enquire in the top right-hand corner of every page. Then, select the Tell Me More button under New Customer. Fill out the form and a sales representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is there a dress code?

RFID Journal LIVE! does not have a formal dress code policy. Business casual is the most common attire for the event.

Is there parking at the event?

When and where does RFID Journal LIVE! take place this year?

RFID Journal LIVE! 2022 will be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on May 17-19, 2021.

How do I get an international visa letter of invitation?

During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a visa letter. If you check ‘yes’, you will be asked to provide your passport information. A visa letter will be sent to you after you complete the registration process.

Can I take photographs and shoot video during the event?

No. Video and photographs are not permitted without the written consent of RFID Journal. We do provide links to the presentations and recordings of the sessions for attendees attending the conference portion of the event.

When will I receive my badge?

After you register, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter. If you still do not receive it, write to RFIDJournal@experient-inc.com to request a confirmation. Print out the confirmation and bring it to the event. You can pick up your badge at the registration counter. You will need to show a picture ID to pick up your badge.

When is the RFID Journal LIVE! exhibit hall open?
I completed my registration and did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder. If your confirmation email is not in your spam folder, write to RFIDJournalExh@experient-inc.com to request a confirmation email be resent.
